WHY YOU MIGHT BE HERE

You’re already training, that’s good. But maybe progress has slowed or the miles are adding up, and what you’ve found online either asks too little of you or assumes you’ve got unlimited time.

  • You’re going all in and want to start expressing your athletic potential.
  • You want to move well and feel strong for the next few decades, not just the next few months.
  • You’re getting ready for an event and want your bases covered properly.
  • You’ve experienced setbacks but now ready to bounce back.

HOW I CAN HELP

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, currently looking to get a Sports Massage qualification at AUT.

For me, health and fitness has been a primary focus for over a decade.

I started Taekwondo at five. Reached 3rd Dan black belt, competed nationally in sparring, then co-founded and ran my own Taekwondo club at Saint Kentigern College for five years before moving into Muay Thai and BJJ.

My aim is to share what I’ve learned, and help people build a life with strength, resilience, and athleticism.

BUILT FOR:

Busy Professionals

I understand that your weekly training time is limited and valuable. It needs to count, potentially addressing the risks that come with being sedentary or work cohesively with an already physically demanding job.

Strength and conditioning programming built around your chosen discipline, not competing with it. From someone with a background in martial arts and knows the demands of it.

Bounce back after an injury and continue building the durability that helps you stay off the sidelines. I’ve personally experienced a few major rebounds, trust that I can emphasize with your situation.

Minimize the interference effect.

If none of the above sounds like an exact match, that’s okay. Lets start with a conversation to see if we’re the right fit for each other.

How It Works:

01

Consult

A conversation about your training history, goals, and what's been getting in the way. Then a movement assessment so your program starts from what your body can actually do.

02

Build

I build the program based on your goals, training schedule, and your body's current capacity.

03

Execute

We train. I track what you lift, how you recover, and what's actually working, then adjust from there. Whether that's in-person or remote, it stays the same: structured, measured, no guesswork.
